Paperclip: Programmes

Adobe Photoshop
This was the software which we used to create a large majority of our magazine and film poster, all of our group have also had prior experience of using Photoshop before. Using Photoshop we were able to create multiple layers to create the desired effect of  ‘doodles’ as well as the title and background image for our final poster. The eyedropper tool was also useful so we could create a set colour scheme for the poster using colours from the main image, and also to edit the photo itself by enhancing colours and contrasts.

Polaroid Beta
This was a software I found and downloaded which allows you to turn your images into polaroid pictures – which was useful because we wanted to include polaroids in our project but did not have the proper equipment for it. It appears on your desktop (as shown) and then turns your chosen photographs into polaroids after shaking them, we intended to use these images which we took from our own cameras for the magazine cover – enhancing the scrapbook effect.
